With over 24 years of experience in talent acquisition, Melanie Wilk is a recognized expert in executive search and recruitment for the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Health & Safety sectors.
As the Founder and CEO of Thrive Recruitment Inc., a niche search firm based in Richmond, B.C., Melanie specializes in helping organizations across British Columbia secure top talent for salaried individual contributor and leadership roles. Her approach goes beyond traditional recruitment—she is a strategic partner to businesses, leveraging her extensive network, deep industry insights, and a proactive headhunting methodology to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. From retained searches to fractional recruitment services, she ensures clients attract and retain the right talent to drive their operations forward.
