Talent Sourcing

All of our searches are retained as we endeavour to create partnerships with our clients. This way, we are giving you undivided service and commitment to work as business partners. 
 
We source all of our candidates using tools that allow us to connect with hundreds of thousands of people. In addition, we leverage our deep networks to further enhance our searches.

Management

Once we connect with a potential candidate we present the role, ensuring they understand the expectations, before we conduct an in-depth video interview.

We send you detailed weekly reports from week one of our search. These include market research, numbers of candidates contacted and a summary of what stage of the search we are at. Bottom line: you are kept up to date every week in the search. 
 
We assume the burden of negotiation to ensure that acceptance is high by the time of offer.

We keep in touch with candidates after the offer, before they start and a few months into their new roles.  We also keep in touch with our clients to ensure that the person placed is exceeding their expectations.
